Professional Experience

A former submarine officer, investment banker at UBS and strategy consultant for A.T. Kearney, Klaus has been working as a leadership advisor for more than 20 years. He has been on the board of several private equity funds and management consulting firms, acting as a trusted advisor for CEOSs and their management teams. Having experienced major personal and professional transitions himself, he puts effective leadership in the centre of his activities and is passionate about maximising the human impact of leaders in the transition from top managers to thoughtful business leaders.
