Professional Experience

Klaus has been a leadership advisor for more than 20 years working with companies on shaping their leadership organisation and with people on shaping their leadership role. He has been on the board of several private equity funds and management consulting firms, acting as a trusted advisor for CEO’s and their management teams. Previously he worked as an investment banker for UBS and a strategy consultant for A.T. Kearney. He also served as a submarine officer in the German Navy.
