Professional experience

Michael worked for 18 years as a teacher, leader, university lecturer and school counsellor in Bremen and Hamburg. Since 1996 he has been working independently. He accompanies the TOP management of large systems as well as start-ups, usually over longer periods of time. These include renowned companies such as Beiersdorf, tesa, Chanel, ERGO, Jungheinrich, Daimler, EWE, HPA, pilot…
For a good 20 years he has also worked on stage with the acting coach Ingo Schöne. He is interested in how role clarity and presence can form a strong bond to improve one’s own effectiveness – without doggedness and strain. In the meantime, he enjoys his profound “not-knowing” and thus remains curious and open-minded towards everything new (and searching “newcomers”).
