Professional Experience

Sandra has gained more than 20 years of experience in the airline industry. As Vice President she was responsible for all production sites of Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services in Europe and US. As Managing Director and CFO she was responsible for Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services UK in London.

During her career she constantly managed new challenges: restructuring, head count and cost reduction, performance improvement and forming an international network out of independent production sites.

One topic that always fascinates her: it’s all about people, communication and cooperation.

Her coaching languages are English and German.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Sitting in a beach bar with my husband, having a cocktail, listening to music and looking at the sea.

Spending an evening with friends in an excellent restaurant.

What is your greatest extravagance?

Travelling for several weeks to great destinations like Namibia and Curacao and working on our “travel bucket list”.
