David is a qualified executive coach and facilitator. For thirteen years David was the General Counsel EMEA of a global European Investment Bank and was a member of numerous risk, compliance, and business oversight committees. He was regarded as a Trusted Advisor and the Voice of Reason. He led a large team of lawyers throughout Europe, the Middle East & Africa. Prior to being a GC, David was as an international M&A lawyer and lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, London, and Australia. Prior to joining Credit Agricole, after a brief spell at Lehman Brothers, David worked in private practice including at Slaughter and May, Ashurst and as an equity Partner at Fried Frank which included opening the Firm’s offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. David is a long-term advocate for Diversity & Inclusion having experienced first-hand the ongoing progress in this area particularly from the LGBTQ+ perspective.
