Michael ha lavorato per 18 anni come insegnante, dirigente, docente universitario e consulente scolastico a Brema e Amburgo. Dal 1996 lavora in modo indipendente. Accompagna il top management di grandi sistemi così come start-up, generalmente per periodi prolungati. Tra i suoi clienti figurano aziende rinomate come Beiersdorf, tesa, Chanel, ERGO, Jungheinrich, Daimler, EWE, HPA, Pilot…
Da oltre vent’anni lavora anche sul palco con il coach di recitazione Ingo Schöne. Si interessa a come la chiarezza del ruolo e la presenza possano creare un legame forte per migliorare l’efficacia personale — senza rigidità né tensione. Nel frattempo, gode del suo profondo “non-sapere” e rimane così curioso e aperto a tutto ciò che è nuovo (e alla ricerca di “newcomers”).
