The Human Impact Coaching Diploma- Program

In a world of growing complexity and technological automation, the Human Impact Coaching Diploma Program is designed for experienced leaders who want to consciously strengthen the human dimension of leadership and organizations.

The program combines deep personal development with a rigorous coaching education and offers two pathways: transforming one’s own leadership effectiveness through a coaching mindset, or qualifying as a professional Executive Coach.

At its core are self-reflection, inner clarity, and human maturity as the foundation of impactful leadership. Guided by experienced Executive Coaches, participants enter a protected developmental space where genuine transformation becomes possible: shaping one’s own role, empowering leaders and their teams, and ultimately influencing entire organizations.

Human Impact does not arise from tools or methods, but from the individual — from self-awareness, trust in oneself, and the ability to provide orientation to others from a place of inner clarity.

Inner maturity does not replace skills and knowledge, but it is what makes them effective in the first place. The deeper our inner awareness, the more sustainable our impact as leaders. Leadership thus becomes less reactive and more conscious, less controlling and more generative, less driven by fear and more by inner freedom.

The Human Impact Coaching Diploma Program is designed for experienced leaders who are ready to move beyond traditional success paradigms and transform their impact — either as a Human Impact Coach or as a Human Impact Leader.

The program combines the development of sound coaching competencies with personal growth, and theoretical knowledge with intensive practical coaching. It prepares participants to effectively support people and organizations in their real-world challenges, deepen trust, create clarity, and enable profound transformation.

The program is led by experienced executive coaches and coaching supervisors who have walked this path themselves and now guide participants with clarity, depth, and humanity.

Overview: An intensive 12-month program for effective transformation

Our exclusive Human Impact Coaching Diploma Program combines:

Participants consciously choose one another and work in triads, each supported by an experienced coaching supervisor.

Two triads are regularly combined into a cohort. Scheduling of offsites, online modules, and supervision sessions is coordinated within the triads.

The program offers:

  • an accredited Executive Coaching Diploma for those pursuing a professional coaching career, and

  • a Leadership Certificate for those seeking deep reflection and development in their leadership role.

The accredited Executive Coaching Diploma and the Leadership Certificate open up new opportunities to consciously and mindfully shape the future of individuals, teams, organizations, and society.

Two tracks — one mindset:
Human Impact

The Human Impact Coaching Program offers two tracks:

  • Certified Leader as Coach (Track 1)

  • Certified Executive Coach (Track 2)

Fulfilling the requirements for the Human Impact Coaching Diploma (Track 2) prepares the individual for accreditation as an Executive Coach by the Association for Coaching.

Track 1:Human Impact Leader as Coach Certificate

Develop the impact of a Human Impact Coach within your current
leadership role

This track offers a compact, practice-oriented curriculum to anchor coaching as an inner stance and strategic leadership tool in your leadership role and daily practice. You acquire essential coaching skills to support employees more effectively, foster their development, and thereby enable long-term organizational success.

Track 2: Human Impact Coaching Diploma

Become a fully trained and
AC-accredited Executive Coach

The Human Impact Coaching Diploma is accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC) in London. It equips you with the mindset, expertise, and experience required to work as a professional executive coach. While learning executive coaching within the program, you simultaneously prepare for your individual AC accreditation.

The diploma serves as the starting point for your accelerated AC accreditation

With the Human Impact Coaching Diploma Program (Track 2), you are fully prepared for AC Executive Coach accreditation. Once you have completed at least 100 hours of coaching — 50 of which are acquired within the Human Impact Coaching Program — you can apply for AC accreditation as an Executive Coach using the documentation created during the program.

Structure of the three offsite sessions — three highly intensive 3-day workshops

The three modules are held regularly in German or English in Switzerland or Germany and comprise:

Before, between, and after the three modules, participants engage in online learning, extensive self-study, additional practice coaching, and individual and/or group supervision.

The Human Impact Coaching Program is led by experienced executive coaches and coaching supervisors who form the faculty of The Human Impact Institute. They accompany the triads on their journey toward becoming Human Impact Leaders or Human Impact Coaches.

Jan is an accredited Master Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor with more than eight years of executive coaching experience and over twenty years of leadership experience. Trust, clarity, and empathy are central to his work with individuals, groups, and teams.

Ane Thies

Faculty Member, Executive Coach, Psychoanalyst

Ane is an Executive Coach and licensed psychotherapist with expertise across technology, business, and psychology. Her practical, systems-oriented approach equips leaders with tools to improve collaboration, effectiveness, and organizational success by integrating technical, behavioral, and strategic insights into impactful coaching.

Sebastian Wilmes

Faculty Member, Executive Coach, Intensive Coach

Sebastian is a high-performance and executive coach as well as an analytical, intensive consultant with experience in elite sports and the business world. He works with a high degree of openness, systematic reflection, and precise articulation, guiding his clients to directly experience and understand their most pressing issues—creating the conditions for new possibilities in development and decisive action to emerge.
 

Ursula Clidière, PHD

Faculty Member, Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor

Ursula is an executive coach and coach supervisor. She holds a PhD in work and organizational psychology and combines a strong scientific foundation with extensive practical experience in coaching, consulting, and coach supervision. She supports leaders and teams in navigating organizational complexity, governance issues, and ethical tensions.
