I embrace challenges with enthusiasm, energy, and commitment. My focus is on revealing potential and finding solutions that strengthen both individuals and organizations in a sustainable way. I am convinced that a positive and honest attitude not only delivers measurable results, but also builds trust and genuine connections.
With a degree in business administration, I have gained broad and diverse experience over many years in organizational management, international sales and marketing, and logistics. My career has taken me from globally operating corporations to running my own company, and ultimately to extensive operational responsibility and organizational leadership at a growing lifestyle brand.
Today, I bring my experience and understanding of operational processes to The Human Impact Group with great enthusiasm. With positive energy and a passion for performance, I shape structures, develop solutions, and support transformations that connect people and enable sustainable success.
Organization and practical implementation have always been part of my life. Growing up in my family’s internationally operating craft business, I learned early on how to work with customers and take on responsibility.
In my free time, I love being outdoors. What I enjoy most is spending time with family and friends — ideally combined with movement and sports, for example a match on the tennis court, stand-up paddling on the Alster, or going on a bike ride or a hiking tour.
